Full time work, full time play

I work the usual 9-5 job

And I party chillax to the max after work

So chillax to the point of falling sick LOL. I’m having headache now due to lack of sleep for the past many nights. But what to do, day time spent working, night time and weekends spent playing, how much time for sleep? @_@

Last Wednesday, after work i went for Most Wanted Ruummate – Meet the Finalist in The Sanctuary, The Curve

On Friday, I met up with Keith and his friends for yamcha after work, and then we caught up with John from Haagen Daaz. Looking at him, again and again I’m glad I’m working in a job that I’m passionate of. I know how it sucks waking up to go to a job that I dread, praying for the end of the day before work hours actually start, seeing no challenge or excitement in a job I do daily…wah…that’s the scary thing!!!

After that I met up with Boys’ Brigade gang for dinner…met up with Seki, Benji, Wei Zheng, Hannah, and Veron. We makan-makan in Pyramid’s Kim Gary. Wah…semua sudah besar panjang…now all of them could drive. We used to be high school kids, being chaffeured to church every Saturdays, but now we’re free to meet anywhere anytime. Hannah just returned from Melbourne, and Wei Zheng just returned from New Zealand. Should I quarantine myself? =P

On Saturday, I went with my colleagues and some students to a Migrant Children Learning Centre. Few kind-hearted, selfless souls started this centre to provide education to Burmese kids, who could not attend normal schools. There were almost 60 children, aging from 4 to 16, and they were simply adorable! We had trouble communicating because their English were poor, but the joy on their faces were simply undeniably sincere! They were really happy to see us visiting them, even though they may not understand who we were or why we were there. The lecturers, students and students’ parents contributed alot of food…we had tarts, muffins, jelly, biscuits and snacks for them.

Not too hard to spot the Orange Freak hor?

After the short visit there, I went to Mid Valley to meet Dear for Transformers 2! I didn’t have an ounce of interest to watch the 1st one, and I had equivalent interest to watch this 2nd one, no matter how hyped up and over-exaggerated the media and peers say. I just have no interest watching pieces of metals clanging with each other. But Dear’s friend bought 100 tickets, so I’m joining like any other blogger’s movie screening event (it is free to me, since Darling paid for tickets >< )

Before movie starts, of cos camwhore kaokao!!! How often do you know most of the audience of the same movie?!?!?!

EGo, Ellie, Sebastian, Leonard, Adeline, and Wan Chean were there

This is Thong Kai, he’s the one who bought 100 tickets, and then sold it to us all

And this is EGo sharing his post-paintball armpit smell…big bully caught in the act!

So, I was so skeptical about Transformers in the beginning that I may had offended some die-hard fans, and probably some would think that i would change my mind after watching it. Well…seriously…i can sorta understand a bit better now how big boys still go goo-goo-gaga over Transformers, seeing the effects were good. At least they weren’t huge-ass objects that move so stiff and clumsy like the old Japanese Ultraman series. But I still don’t see the attraction point lor…robots coming to life, ok already exaggerated, but entire CIA buying into the stories and supplying top secret weapons to fight with other robots…COME ON LA!!!

I had to rush off as soon as Optimus Prime defeated Megatron (which Dear felt was a super-compressed climax), cos I have to rush for another appointment! I rushed home to attend a dinner with Dad. His ex-high school mate threw a small poolside party in Tmn Duta’s Seri Duta II Condo, and the layout of that condo really reminded me of Tanjung Aru Resort, Langkawi. Very very private area with serene feeling…didn’t know such peace and comfort could be found in the middle of KL lor!

Ok, next up I’ll post about my super achievements at KL Marathon. But before i sign off…

I’ve cut my hair! It’s asymmetrical now. And i’ve dyed it too! It’s so-black-its-blue kinda BLACK! Suddenly I realized there’s an easier way to look fairer than to use whitening cream haha!
