R&R Week

Last Friday I went MOS with uni mates, intending to get free entrance with the Juice Mag passes that Shean got for us. But due to miscommunication and misunderstanding, we didnt get to go in for FREE. We didnt mind paying, but by the time we CONFIRMED that we could not enter for free it was already 12.30am. I was getting restless waiting in the stuffy corridor, being shoved by crazy clubbers, being shouted at by those bouncers, I just wanna go home lol. Sorry la, me old aunty liao, no more spirit liao >.<

OMG while waiting to enter, i saw 2 of my students! I was dressed in my short tube dress, so not lecturer-like! hahaha. but whoever says lecturers can’t go clubbing? ^o^

Anyway we end up not clubbing. Just had beer with potato wedges at Cocobanana chillax area. There was Don+Kel, Nat+Dan, Shean aka Shroom, Kingsley, Elvira (who is also a lecturer teaching in Taylor’s).

After all those crazy nights out socializing, it feels good to be chilling with close friends, having simple dinner and gossiping bitching chatting the night away.

On Monday I caught up with Sharon, Ally and Theresa in Asia Cafe, cos  Sharon’s back from Aussie for short break.

It was in this meeting that i realized there are girls who are marrying young, or wants to marry soon…REAL SOON… ^^

And last night, i caught up with Nat and Mel, a girlie meet-up we intend to do once every week. We went to this Restaurant Puteri near TTDI…felt pretty far and secluded to me…but Nat was driving like a pro, i just enjoy my 1st ride in her Smart For Two Brabus edition =)

Its been so long since Nat personally drive, it was quite weird to see her behind the wheels. Usually her Daniel drives her everyday mar…now that’s he’s working in Penang she’s on her own… awww…neh-mine! neh-mine!!! we independent women kan!!! ^^

Anyways…today i’ve finally finished marking all the students’ assignments and compiled their marksheet…i’m almost done for this semester! left next week’s final exam papers to mark. Man, a whole semester of 14-weeks just flew by, and i’ve been working in HELP for 3 months plus now. Definitely didn’t notice the time passing me by lor…all i could see was more lecture preparation awaiting me @.@

But yeah, for now, at least until coming Monday, i’ve got no immediate due date to rush. Its a short resting period for me, both work and social life…

I’m gonna savor my resting period by…
