ooh la la~ today marked my last day as Haagen Dazs Part-Time Junior Crew! Im gonna miss it…not the cleaning but the gossiping and joking and laughing T.T
but u know what, i quit my job when most of my assignments have been handed in. hmmm…now i have Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays free again, how will i fill them?
i was back in Taiping on Saturday and Sunday for Cheng Beng prayers. Dad “flew” us from KL to Taiping in 2 hrs 45 mins…i think so far this broke the previous record of 3 hrs. Wait la, next time i also wanna fly around at 170 km/h in my bright green Peugeot 206!
Besides Cheng Beng prayers we celebrated Grandma’s birthday too. When i was buying her birthday cake before the dinner, i had to calculate her age for the number of candles needed, and it suddenly hit me that she’s already 73. I had tot my Grandpa was super young when he turned 70, and had always tot he would live up to 90, but look what happened. Suddenly the age 73 seemed relatively old, compared to my earlier standards. its so scary…is it possible for me to continue growing older w/o my parents or grandparents growing older?
Ok my mind is blank now. I’ve been waking up at 5.30am so many days that I can’t stay awake past 11pm, unless I’m watching movie. yay my One Tree Hill and O.C. are coming in!
