but u know what? despite one messed up guy, i've learnt that there are many kind souls out there too. Malaysians are really helpful people, despite what's written on newspaper today. i've seen them in action with my own eyes. they were even willing to go through the long police reporting process, waiting for endless hours just to be witnesses
and it takes an unfortunate incident to see how much people around you truly care. you have no idea how touching it was to see so much love and concern...
also, its disappointing that the body which was supposed to protect the people did not provide any sense of security at all, if not increasing fear and distrust
