a very healthy date!

SATURDAY 25th November 11.24pm

wowie! guess what?! this morning i went joggin in Putrajaya's Taman Botani with Darling! it was a pretty last minute plan (aka planned in less than a week >.< ) but it worked out fine! initially we planned to go jogging in bkt jalil park then go swimming in Aquatic Stadium...then decided that we both fantasized bout taking a romantic walk in Putrajaya. so yep...we changed plans ^o^ at first i'd thought we would tell Dad we'll take a quick jog and be back by noon, but Dear talked to Dad and Dad was fine when EV asked permission to be back by 4pm. An additional 4hrs with Darling!! weee...yippie!!! is luck on my side, or Dad's beginning to accept this weekly Saturday dates, or Dad just trust EV??? i wish all 3 are true! ^_^

we both went to one of Putrajaya's many gardens once, but lol, we underestimated that ghost town!!! damn...got lost circling round and round that humungous ROUNDABOUT!!! even got stopped by police! this Darling la...like to act smart...like to go against traffic wan. wanna turn left but use right lane. then stop in the middle of the junction to ask a motorcyclist for direction! =.=" darling...i know la there a very little people living in Ghost Town, but there are still people you know!!! kantoi lor...this police car happened to be one of the car he blocked at that junction. so kena asked to stop aside and licence kena ambil. but this fella...smooth talker also la...act all innocent and lost. and his usual amazing respectful and approachable way of speech. so the Pak Polis pun kasihan tengok muka kesiannya. Pak Polis pulak bagi direction yang SANGAT CLEAR..."depan sana ada u-turn. tak boleh reverse kalau overshot ya. lepas u-turn jalan terus lalu pusing kanan. bila sampai traffic light pusing kiri...*yaddie yaddie yaddah*" so yep, Mr Smart Alec got back his licence and happily waved goodbye to those 2 Pak Polis. and then...the polis were directing us the way!!! mwehehe...we both knows how it feels like to be escorted by police ok! except that they were travelling at 30 km/h...swt...in the end we overtook them. i gave them a big, sweet, appreciative smile!!! gosh...they dunno how badly we were condemming them for being hypocrites. wearing an "Aku Anti-Rasuah" badge on their collars...pasting a huge Anti-Rasuah sticker on their back windscreen...tapi semua sama aje...

oh well, we finally found it!!! ok, more like EV finally found the park he once saw and wished to come back. it wasnt what i had in mind...but nvm...we shall not circle anymore. was damn hard to convince that Stubborn Uncle to NOT CARRY ANY BAG while running. listen to the pro ler...i've tried so many methods and know the most effective way to a smooth jog ok? hehe...hun, i proved u right didnt i? may i say "i told you so!"? kekekeke!!! ok, so our main purpose was to have a nice workout jogging outdoor right? with lakes and hills as sceneries instead of threadmills and white walls, with fresh air and scorching hot sun buring our skin instead of air-con and stale air. but now i can conclude that i wont have a productive workout with Darling around. he is so distracting! hmmm..oh well..i wont deny that i distract him too! *blek*

we jogged..err..walked for bout 2hrs, then had breakfast by the lake. Dear packed picnic breakfast! so sweet of him...he brought bread, tuna spread, choc milk & orange juice, and chocolates! also brought snacks from Thailand. darling always share the goodies his colleagues brought back from business trup with me. shows that he is thinking of me! =)

oh yeah...i just came back from LM Deeparaya celebration. my neighborhood used to have alot of grand celebrations, then it totally stopped after CNY Celebration this year. but today they had a small dinner in playground, main purpose is for fellowship. Dear went for Beggar Dinner in Banting, so left me here to attend LM function with my family. sigh...feels so weird to go without him. after all, we first met thru LM function. but it was an interesting event. i've always wondered how much my neighbors know bout both of us. and tonight i got my answer. well there were 2 major incident:

Incident 1

This aunty whom i dont recognize at all came up to me, grinning broadly in that teasing manner, and asked "so, where's your other half?"

Incident 2

Our Residents' Committee President (and my immediate neighbor) Mr Harinth was drawing paper for lucky draw. the first name he called out was Mr Ooi. obviously Dear's dad not there to collect his present...they were away in Klang! i was talking to Jeff (my other immediate neighbor boy), and Jeff started to raise his hand and shouted "i ganti!" i joined him and called out "i ganti" too. Mr Harinth turned to me, and pointed at me, and said "you ah...can la...of cos can ganti. right Mr Ong?" then he turned to my dad and asked "Can ganti anot Mr Ong?" Dad just smiled politely, didnt say anything. please note that our president is a big guy with a HUGE voice, so everyone was listening to this conversation. so when my dad didnt reply, he turned to me and said "aiyah, cannot la. Dad say not yet. hahaha!!!"

im torn between annoyance and pride. basically EV and I have to keep a low profile cos my dad aint really approving his daughter to be dating while she's still studying. but now, everybody knows that 2 youngsters from LM are dating! but then again, im damn happy lor. now we both can date openly! can hold hands while doggie walking! keke..no la...shall not practice PDA (public display of affection) in respect of parents. but ooh...im so happy!!! ^o^

mwehehe....yep, so that was my day. i have a feeling my girls are gonna be rolling their eyes reading an entire post on my darling again. but then again, i think they're so sick of rolling their eyes they're already immuned >"<>
